The creation of art often involves reinventing yourself as an artist. You learn those things that work - but even in art “mistakes” - you can embrace the past and breathe life into a new future.

Mondriet 2 takes its cues from a prior work named Mondriet … some pieces of older works were cut apart and adhered to the canvas to create a new piece. Much like the idea of kintsugi - embracing the broken pieces and the new has more value.
